Faye Elahi, MA., MS.,

has received a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Texas Woman's University, a Masters in Mass Communication from Denver Colorado, and a Masters in Child Psychology from the University of Nice, France. Faye has had a nutrition practice in the Plano area since 1998. Her research work has been published in the professional Journal of The American Dietetic Association. Fayes areas of specialty are Celiac Disease, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Aspergers Syndrome, Attention Deficit Disorder, Down Syndrome, and Diabetes. Faye has also been a guest speaker at various conferences and is currently serving as an advisor for the DFW Lone Star Celiac support qroup.
